ACCESSIBILITY
Everyone deserves equal opportunity to be the best version of themselves. At Marna Physio, we are committed to providing inclusive care. We understand that visiting a new clinical space can be stressful if you have specific access requirements. Below is a detailed guide to our Armstrong Creek Clinic facilities to help you plan your visit.
Getting Here & Entering
Parking: There are ... designated accessible parking spaces located out the front of the Armstrong Creek library, approximately 20 metres west of our main entrance.
Entrance: Our main entrance is level access with a clear opening of 90cm. The door is manual but reception are available to assist at all times if you knock.
Inside the Clinic
Reception & Waiting Area: Our entire clinic is level access with 90cm doorways. We offer a variety of seating, including high-back chairs with armrests to assist with sitting and standing. There is also space to position gait aids and wheelchairs if required.
Treatment Rooms: All our treatment rooms are private. Our treatment table are fully electric and height-adjustable to facilitate easy transfers.
Accessible Washrooms: We have a fully accessible toilet located within the clinic. It features a right side transfer space, grab rails on both sides, wheelchair accessible sink, electric hand dryer and Braille signage throughout the space.

Sensory & Communication Support

Information Formats: We can provide your exercise programs and intake forms in Large Print or Digital/PDF formats. Please let us know your preference when booking.
Support & Assistance
Assistance Dogs: Accredited service and assistance dogs are more than welcome in all areas of the clinic and are encouraged, we love our furry friends!
Carers & Interpreters: You are welcome to be accompanied by a carer or interpreter. Our treatment rooms are sized to accommodate extra seating for your support person.
Quiet Times: If you prefer a quieter environment due to sensory needs, we recommend booking during our "off-peak" hours. Generally this is between 10-11am but if you ask our helpful receptionists upon booking they can assist.
