Marna Physio is a group of locally owned and operated Physiotherapy Practices servicing the Geelong and Surfcoast regions. With four locations there is likely to be a Marna Physio only a short drive away!

We are extremely lucky to have the perfect balance of city, country and the Surf Coast at our finger tips. Inspired by our great region, nature and respecting our traditional land owners, the name “Marna Physio” was born. “Marna” is the local Aborginal Wadawarrung word meaning “hand”. We wanted our business name to represent who we are: a welcoming hand, a guiding hand, a healing hand. Our aim is to help you get back to doing what you love no matter who you are!

Marna Physio was developed around the ethos of community. Locally owned and operated we love where we live and want to give back to those around us. We believe that health care should be a personal experience which is why we pride ourselves on delivering high quality care on a small, individualised scale.

The Geelong region offers endless opportunities for leisure activities, outdoor adventures and community sport. It is no wonder that we are surrounded by such an active population. With over 65 years of experience in our physiotherapy team, we strive to continue to share our knowledge and assist our local community to maximise their physical abilities.

Marna Physio recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first peoples of this continent and the islands of the Torres Strait. We celebrate the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their ongoing cultures and connections to the lands and waters of Australia.

We value the contributions that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people make to Australian culture and society and the opportunity to learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Marna Physio acknowledges the Wadawurrung People as the owners on which our company is located and where we conduct our business. We are committed to honouring Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ unique cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waters and seas and their rich contribution to society.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
