Victoria Herring

Physiotherapist

About
Born and raised in Geelong, Victoria has spent her life immersed in sport. Having experienced her fair share of injuries over the years, she developed a strong appreciation for physiotherapy from a young age. The help she received from her own physiotherapists inspired her to pursue the profession, with the goal of supporting others to recover, move with confidence, and return to the activities they love. Outside of work, you’ll often find Victoria at the gym, out for a run, attempting to surf, enjoying a coffee at a local café, spending time with her dog, or planning her next travel adventure.

Experience
Victoria first gained her Cert 3 & 4 in fitness in 2018, then completing a Bachelor of Sport Science in 2020, and since has been gaining over eight years of experience as a personal trainer and business owner, where she developed a strong background in strength, conditioning, general health and fitness. Victoriabecame a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor through the APPI Matwork and Equipment program in 2022.

She has also worked as a sports coach and completed an internship in strength and conditioning with the Geelong Cats AFLW team.

In 2025, Victoria graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy, combining her extensive background in exercise science with her passion for patient care.
