Dana Crameri

About

Growing up in Geelong, Dana enjoyed an active upbringing including swimming, surfing, netball, surf lifesaving and snowboarding. These days, outside the clinic Dana prioritises time with friends, family and her two dogs. She currently enjoys the gym, surfing and running.

 

Experience

Dana obtained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University in Ballarat, where she achieved the highest academic grades in her year level. She was awarded the Australian Physiotherapy Association Academic Excellence Award. Dana is an ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach with experience training athletes of all levels from juniors to mature age athletes to help achieve their goals. Dana also has a Bachelor degree in Exercise & Sports Science, from Deakin University.

 

Dana’s experiences have founded a strong understanding of strength and conditioning, rehab programming and sports performance. Dana has extensive experience with local and state level footballers (TAC Cup) working with clubs Geelong Falcons, Torquay, Modewarre and Belmont.

 

With this knowledge Dana can guide all abilities from national gymnasts, weekend warrior runners, and people just starting their health and fitness journeys. Dana believes that movement is essential for our physical and mental wellbeing, and endeavours to help all her patients move and feel better.

How Dana can help you
Across Dana’s physiotherapy career, she has helped a range of people including post-surgical rehab, musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, neurological conditions, persistent pain and people living with disabilities. Dana has excellent results helping people get back to what they love to do. Dana can provide 1:1 coaching and strength and conditioning programs. Dana will work with you to develop a wholistic management plan and uses movement as an active treatment to help you recover.
