About

Chantelle grew up in Dunedin, New Zealand where she led an active childhood participating in many sports including swimming, soccer and gymnastics. She journeyed to Australia in her early 20's and spent a couple of seasons working at the ski fields. After that, she moved to the Surfcoast and went on to work and study and start a family.

As a keen fitness person, her adults sport highlights have been competing in adults gymnastics competitions including the Masters Games, and also training for and competing on Australian Ninja Warrior. She was also a gymnastics coach for 8 years, a ninja coach for 4 years and is a qualified Pilates instructor.

Nowadays she keeps active by going out and about with her daughter, regular gym sessions and running with her Kelpie. She also enjoys quiet time at home with her pets or in the garden.

Experience

With always having an interest in anatomy and biomechanics she decided to study Remedial Massage, graduating in 2018 and practicing for herself and the Geelong Cats since. She is also trained in Dry Needling and Cupping modalities.

Growing up a competitive gymnast, Chantelle understands the toll sport can take on the body and enjoys using her skillset to help maintain athlete performance as well as contribute to injury rehab, while encouraging focus on a balanced approach of consistent training, proper recovery and good nutrition. She also has a knack for relieving general upper body tension experienced commonly among the everyday person.
