Meet your Physio
Regan has made the move from Melbourne to the wonderful town of Torquay to follow his passion for both physiotherapy and the Surf Coast! A keen interest in sport, in combination with a passion for helping others, is what led Regan to pursue his career in physiotherapy. Away from work, you can find Regan surfing, on the golf course or running the trails between Juc and Bells.
Regan completed his Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University. During his studies, Regan was fortunately selected to attend a private practice placement at a leading physiotherapist clinic in Aalborg, Denmark. During his time in Denmark, he worked with professional football (soccer) and handball athletes.
Regan has five years of sports trainer experience through working with various AFL Football teams in the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) and AGSV school competition. This has exposed Regan to a range of sporting injuries, allowing him to diagnose and build individualised return to sport programs for these various conditions.

How can Regan help you?
Regan understands that every single patient is different and will use his clinical skills to manage specific conditions and improve patient outcomes. Regan will combine manual therapy and home-based exercise programs, striving to get each patient back to pre-injury level. In addition to this, Regan places great importance on his role as an effective educator. He strongly believes that empowering patients with an understanding of their own condition and all available treatment options is essential in ensuring their goals are achieved.
